Retro Consoles from Israel. Would they be PAL or NTSC format?

So, if I play my cards right I could be very soon taking ownership of allot of Retro Consoles and prob around 100 games from family in Israel, including but not withstanding, MVS, PC Engine, SNES, Sega Saturn etc etc and I was wondering how I'd A) Be able to hook them up to a modern (SD) TV or pc monitor? B) What region these machines would be in and C) Would shipping all that stuff to the UK be a bitch?

    Many thanks in advance,

    DA

According to wikipedia Israel use PAL, so there shouldn't be any problem hooking them to an European set, though I'd double check everything, they might be Japanese or American imports.
Shipping and customs will cost a lot.

Hmm... do you guys reckon it would even be worth it? I know they have some pretty rare games aswell and the PC Engine and MVS costs what... hundreds?

How would we know if it's worth it until we know what the games are?

PC Engine is NTSC, and MVS is arcade hardware, so is neither NTSC or PAL.
          Kept you waiting, huh?

It'd still use USA games though.

I agree about the games part, but what I meant was how much the consoles were, not the games. Importaku, yes as far as I can remember (I haven't played the consoles in years) it was a Turbografix. I do know that one of the rare games is a complete Chrono Trigger how ever.

You can buy a brand new Turbografx from some UK sellers for under ?40, so I wouldn't go to the hassle of importing that!
