Question about MVS PCB's - Arcade cabs

Well, like evryone here it seems, i have been looking for a Sega AstroCity cab, i may have found one. Anyway
What i really want is to be able to play MVS carts on it,
Is all i need an MVS PCB?
Does this just plug into the AstroCity?
    Is this simple etc
Bacically i need HELP, but that's a different story, can anyone assist me, point me in the right direction?
    Thanks

Yep. the MVS board'll plug straight into the Astro City, I believe. Never seen it with my own eyes, but I know they're both JAMMA, so.

Isn't Astro City a 3 button cab whereas neogeo requires 4 buttons?

The MVS PCB will plug into the Astro City fine, but if the Astro city is 3 button you'll need to add an extra button and do a little bit of wiring

You can get other panels to fit on the cab, I think. If not, you can drill holes. I've seen loads of Astro City's with more than 3 buttons. I remember playing Garou on one.
