Anyone used a console repair service?

Has anyone used a console repair service?

I have a 360 with a dead DVD drive and while I know I can follow instructions and order a laser etc, I am so pressed for time at the moment I just want to send it to a repair place and get it back.

I searched for repair services but all the websites look shonky and don't inspire me with confidence. Has anyone got any recommendations?

I need a 360 fixed and I know people have advised buying a slim, but I can't justify the purchase right now and then I see loads of results for people who've fixed dead PS3s and 360s. I found these two sites months ago but not sure whether they're reliable: http://www.consoledoctor.co.uk/ and Console Wizard, who offer certain other services which I think it's best not to link to here.

Thanks for the console doctor link. They look way more professional than some of them. I'm going to give them a try, did some research and the reports seem good.
