Get Opera or Mozilla. There both much faster and better than IE.

If you want to stick with IE, I have no idea how to fix it.

I have the same problem Gruce. Its highly frustrating and yes i am sticking with IE.

Tools/Internet Options/Temporary Internet Files - Delete files

Make sure you check "delete all offline content"

Took me half an hour to do it but its done and fixed.
