N64 US MODEL'S & UK

OK so heres my situation......... IM SICK OF FUZZY PAL N64 OUTPUT!!!!!

I want to know if i can recycle parts of my pal system (power pack?, joypads?, Ram?, mem?)

Reason being im gonna get a us console n do the rgb mod.

Will i be able to use pal games with a converter if so which one do i go for to play my pal games?

You can use all peripherals including the ram expansion with any region N64.

The best convertor to go for is probably the passport plus 3, again it will work with any region N64 all you need is a boot cart that is the same region as your console (in your case US).

Of you could try and track down an early french N64, that can be RGB modded and plays Pal carts.

Wouldn't it better anyway to go for a US one?
Gives you the ability to play games at 60hz. (at least US games, dunno what the Passport III does with PAL games on a US system).

I never went looking for one to be honest, I thought that all my carts are us/jap , and all my back up units don't care what sytem they are on so there really is no point.
