which Animal crossing to buy(us or pal)?

hi, i'm going to buy a copy of animal crossing soon and would like to know what are the differences between the us version and the PAL version(austrailan)?

also are dvdcrave reliable? and will i have to pay customs is i order from them?

I presume you have a PAL cube because if you dont then its really no question. Gotta be the US version.

yep i've got a pal cube, it was an impulse buy the other day after playing mario kart .

are the holidays like thanks giving in the pal version?

Iv got a modded cube and US Animal Crossing so am afraid i cant help any further.

I believe the PAL version is identical to the US one except the Memory Card that comes with it doesn't have a present on it and no progressive scan support.
