Ok, so I can remember the email address for my US PS3 account but not the password. Attempting to reset it asks for the email address and my DOB, but as it deems the latter to be incorrect, I can only assume I accidentally (or purposely) used the wrong one.
Is there anything Sony can do to help me recover it if I phone them or am I stuck? All my PS1 games were bought on it
Edit: Fixed, remembered the password. Didn't need my DOB to create a new one.
