Is this game rare and how much should I be looking to pay for it, as I know someone who may be selling a copy.

The old Wani Wani World question rears its ugly head again...
I honestly don't think anyone knows what its worth, you hear conflicting reports from everyone you ask.
I bought 3 brand new copies from a carboot sale last year. I kept one, gave one away and sold one on Ebay which if i remember rightly went for around ?3-?4. However since then, VGI have had a copy on their site and they were asking ?60 for it.
I really wish someone could give a definitive answer on this one. -
Well it will be in a bundle, with stuff like crackdown & f1 hero, so i doubt i'll pay much anyway.Comment

Wani Wani world is uncommon but it's not rare, it's probably the most common of the Kaneko games (and given they made three thats an achievement...).Comment
