    Ebay Advice Please

Someone has approached me to buy a game now (only listed it yesterday).

I was wondering if Ebay allow this and if so how do I end the auction early and still complete through Ebay, feedback etc?

    Cheers

Thats what BIN (Buy-It-Now) is for.

As far as I know you cannot end an auction early through any other means and still use the other ebay facilities.

      Thanks,

I didn't list it as B.I.N so I'll tell them to bid as normal.

I didn't think Ebay would be keen on me using them as an introduction but not completing through them.

You can just cancel the auction and sell it privately to this person. However, I always forget how to cancel the auction-just go to their help hub and search for it.
It is apparently 'against ebay policy' though. (although 1000's of items are also sold outside of ebay at the same time ie cars, and they all cancel auctions to sell privately all the time).

I like the final hour thrill of ebay so I'll leave it where it is. Keen to build up my feedback too.

Someone did this to me the other week offered me ?30 for a game worth ?10.

I said I would like to let the auction run but for what they were offering they would definately win.

The auction ended at ?22 and true to his word the guy sent me ?30 and told me to keep the change. 8)

So I would tell them to bid what they wanted to pay and wish them good luck.

              Fingers crossed!

Told them to bid anyway as I think it'll go for around what they offered.

Didn't want to start a new thread so:

I was looking through some DC games and saw this:

                LINK

and was wondering as this guy seems to be selling lots of 'original' copies of REZ with a 'backup' copy (so you never have to open your original), is it for real?

Something seems wrong! Either way the guy is making lots of money selling REZ at 40-50 a pop.

I saw this guy aswell, I can't help but think they got lucky, getting stock that was meant for shops but never made it because the shops didn't want to stock dc stuff at the end of it's shop-life.

There's another guy who's always got it for sale, although he doesn't offer a backup copy with it.

                  Pete
