Graphics card fan making loud noise?

Hello chaps & chappesses......

Since a few days back my GFX card has been making some godawful noise. I thought maybe it was clogged up so took it out, gave it a vacuum....it's gotten a bit worse since then. It sounds almost as if it's grinding a bit, though its not in contact with anything loose in the case, and i cant simulate the noise by manually giving the fan a spin or blowing on it outside the case.

Where would I start with this one, going to download EVGA precision to try it with different fan speeds, but their site appears bummed at the minute.

no cables or anything hitting it ? my case is so overloaded by power and sata cables sometimes get the odd one come loose

I thought it would be something like that but it faces a partition in the case, the's nothing there to block it!

May just need a new cooler. OEM coolers always loud, and crap basically.

Bunged in a support ticket with EVGA, see what shat they come up with.
