Has anyone tried this?
I'd like to grab the amazon on-demand app, but to do so, you need to use an actual VPN to pretend you are in the USofA. Once you have the app, you can use it without the VPN.
Here is my setup.
Xbox connected to laptop with crossover.
Laptop with winXP connected to router wirelessly.
Router is connected to the internet using unotelly DNS settings.
Laptop has US unoVPN: (us-pptp.unovpn.com) and this is set to share internet connection via the local area connection (Ethernet that the xbox is plugged into).
There are no other connections on the laptop (only VPN, wireless and local area connection).
Xbox locale is set to USA
Xbox is signed in successfully to xbox Live with USA Live account.
Is there something else I need to do to guarantee that the Xbox is accessing the VPN?
