Difference between BTbroadband and BTopenworld ?

Anyone here know the difference between BTbroadband and BTopenworld?

I'll tell you why, Im fed up with spam mail (Ive got a web based type Hotmail account) and want a non-web based type email account so spam can be blocked. If you use Outlook Express to get your emails it can block spam but only on non-web based email accounts.

Ive got BTbroadband, its an extra ?2.99 a month for Openworld, BT's website was no help, just want to know what you get for an extra ?2.99 and if the email is NOT web based.

I'm on BTOpenworld (there was not much choice when i signed up). The email is web based (aren't all ISP's ?), but BTO has a spam filter which seems to have cut out all the Viagra emails etc i was getting. Plus theres all the 'content' they provide (you know the ****e home page that no one uses).

What do you actually get with BT Broadband, is it a basic internet connection ?

Exactly what I thought, an extra ?2.99 for nothing, BT do offer a Premium Email Account, which is what I want for ?1.50 a month but you have to pay with Credit Card, I thought they would add the extra onto my BT account that I pay quarterly.

Yeah BTBroadband is the 'no frills' connection to the internet without the extras, costs ?27 a month.

Hehe, Viagra spam, I get Breast Enlargement spam.
