Got my Japanese Saturn through the post last week and am poised ready to buy a voltage converter as recommended by Soundwave. However I just want to check a thing out first - the back of the console says 100V, but the Japanese-plug power cable I have been sent with the Saturn says 125V on it. I'm sure I read that you can only have a 3-5% discrepancy when it comes to voltage, whereas this is an extra 25%, but it seems unlikely that the person who sent me the console would never have used the console himself and I presume it's the cable he used. Either way, assuming that cable is fine to use with it, do I then want a 230V to 100V stepdown or a 230V to 125V? I did search google for answers before asking here but no luck (or I wasn't looking in the right places).

That one should be fine buddy i have a generic one which is the same as the one above that i use for my Jpn Saturn & GamecubeComment

It means that it'll take a maximum of 45 watts. A Saturn will only draw about 20 watts, so you'll be fine with that one. They're what everyone used to use back in the day.
