    Font Wizards: Name this font?

I have tried What The Font, I've tried googling, I've tried every conceivable method there is besides. I cannot identify the font in this PDF:

Can you name it? It is seemingly used in every government PDF, including the Royal Mail, and yet nowhere on the internet can I find info to identify it!

Little help? It's for an art project and I want to use the same font as is used in the benefit application forms.

    Many thanks!

For future reference, you can check what fonts a PDF is using in Adobe Reader.

Thanks guys! Just wish I'd tried Adobe Reader before wasting hours on alternative methods! My foolish googling suggested you needed Acrobat!

Adobe Acrobat Reader is the stripped down and freeware version of Adobe Acrobat, but as long you just need to read PDFs, it has all the tools you need. Probably other non-Adobe PDF readers would be able to do the same, I think one is called FoxReader?

I meant acrobat is the one I use, the free one.

On Mac it's just called Reader minus the Acrobat.
