    does anyone use a Hackintosh ?

    if so how easy was it to set up and what hardware do i need

    Wanting to use software as there seems to be some programs like music making software that dont exist on windows

    With Virtualbox you can create a Mac OS X host machine.

          I do but it is not current hardware. There are list of recommended builds on tonymacx86.
          Close attention during the hardware selection stage will save you a lot of pain.
          You'll need access to a mac to create the bootable USB stick

            I did on a Windows netbook back in the day, worked flawlessly once set up I must admit.
            Smouty is right though, check exact hardware specs first, you can't do it on all PC's I believe.

                cheers by the looks of it if i want to go down that route my next upgrade will have to be intel will look into the virtualbox to
