Which Freeloader will i need for winning 11 (GC)

I have a PAL GC (sold my Q a while ago dude to lack of funds)

I want to start building up some old import games i used to own

The main one i want is Jap Winning Eleven 6 on GC, ive heard mixed rumours it works and it doesnt!!

If im gonna order it again i need to be 100% it will work on my current PAL GC..


Can someone please put my mind at ease, will it work, if so, which version of Freeloader will i need, and where is cheapest to buy it from!
