What are they like for customer services? Things that get damaged in the post? Import tax and answering emails? Also is it possible to call them too? Anything else id need to know about them would be nice too

Everything i've ordered has been fine. There's a box postage option if you feel the need for extra protection

I've only paid tax on EMS parcels, everything else has been airmail which usually arrives 3-5 days after shipping. ALl my emails have been answered within 24hrs.

Also is it possible to call them too?

I don't think so. Email or Fax seem to be the only ways

Has anyone ordered a decent amount of stuff from them in one go?

I was thinking of a nice wee christmas present for myself if I get a job and I was going to order a gundam cube + GBA and probably donkey konga + a couple of accessories also. Obviously thats going to get taxed to hell if its all marked right, so do they mark packages down?

Is their shipping reasonable also? If so then it might be a bit better to get it through in 2 or 3 boxes that are marked down, less suspicious then.

Indeed I have but I'm in the states. I got a JPN PS2 two Soul Cali 2 sticks and Soul Calibur 2. It all made ok in fine condition. I think it the states we have a tax on stuff as well because they mark down the value of the things I order from them. They are my favorite import shop...
