Sega Saturn RGB Stereo SCART cable

Do you know if these are available? I have a Japanese Saturn, and want a RGB SCART cable that also has the two stereo outputs on the cable so I can hook it up to my amp. I have a normal RGB SCART cable, but not with the stereo plugs.

You might find it easier just to buy a SCART breakout adaptor that splits the audio off for you. I bought one of these:
