They are not replying to e-mails aswell, which is nice.

Well, I finally got through on the phone ( ), and the bloke said that Royal Mail had told them that a lot of the parcels had been delayed, and he gave me my tracking number.

Unfortunately the Royal Mail site doesn't seem to recognise it...

Same here. I phoned the Royal Mail complaints line and they said there was no GUARANTEE that any recorded delivery items would be delivered the day after sending - that only applies to the ?9.99 postage option.

So basically, we have to wait and can only complain if it hasn't been delivered within SEVENTEEN DAYS of it being posted by Goblin.

So thanks again Royal Mail - first the wildcat strikes and now this. I hope everyone who got it delivered properly is enjoying it right now, and if there are any postmen reading this, I hope you get sacked and replaced by an asylum seeker.
