Flickery Screen US SNES Mario World...?

This is a modified GC cable I'm using – so not bad quality all round. Does an official one work on a US SNES? I suppose it's just the caps that might need changing.

Thanks for the suggestions. I do have a scart switcher, which might help in finding the right fit.

I think an official GC cable works fine on a US SNES.

Oh it does - that's what I'm using. I'm wondering if those French official SNES cables you mention do.

If you're using the official GC cable then I wouldn't bother switching - they're basically exactly the same. Only difference is the values on the RGB lines as I understand. You'd have to modify the cable to make it work on a US SNES. The French ones are made for the EU machine after all.

EU SNES cables will not work with a US SNES properly if that is what is being asked here.
