Anybody got a Sony PS3 Stereo or Pulse headset?

I'm having a problem in that I cannot hear voice chat, but only in-game audio. I have the mixer slider set in the middle and I have Audio Extension switched on in the XMB. If I turn off the Audio Extension, it works perfectly fine, but I want both audio and chat throught the headset. Any ideas anybody?

I don't have one but did you sync the headset via USB?

It comes with a dongle. You just plug it in and they connect. It works in one mode, but not the other, which is why I don't really get it.

Yeah it is weird, there is a reset button on the dongle, you tried that?

I've tried everything, but it's just not having it. I know it's going to be something really simple that I've overlooked.
