Clueless XBox emulation question

Like the title says...

if you get a premodded XBox with emulators on it, do they usually/always/never come with preloaded ROMs too? I ask because I don't have broadband or a CD burner (yeah, I know ), so I'd be struggling to procure them after the fact.

Mine had pre-loaded ROMs on it. A guy called Yod@ (username at RLLMUK) did the mod for me.

they normally do, but I dont recomend filling your harddrive, try and find a friend who can burn you CDRW's

Theres no need to boot from the HDD, Ive always found it more convinient with the CDRW
Might be time to invest in a burner

Mine had the standard hard drive but there were still 26,000 blocks available for saves.
