Seeing how I'm broke i was wondering does anybody know of a freeware windows type program that is similar to photoshop.

GiMP for Windows is OK if you are unable to obtain Photoshop.

Paintshop pro is the poor man's photoshop, and I swear by it.

Another vote here for PSP, it's wunnerful, only annoying when I can't figure out how I can apply photoshop tutorials.

And I swear at it. I despise Paint Shop Pro!
