Used them a few weeks ago. Took three emails and a week and a half to get the game sent but it arrived in the fifteen days they specified and they marked down the price....

Make of that what you will, although I am hestitant of using them again.

I've used them, never had to send any emails or anything, but they are dvdboxoffice slow (and as reliable in my experience) but more expensive. So hence, I won't be using them again.

They where OK at first, but where slow when I ordered the wrong version in error. But I have had 3 reasonably successful deliverys from them.

I first ordered Zelda: TWW from them, that arrived very quickly.

However more recently I ordered a GBA Game that hadn't been despatched after 3 weeks so I mailed 'em to cancel it.
