    Putting music onto an xbox

How do you put a wma onto an xbox? ive found the folder it should go in, but what should it be named as? I placed on in there but the xbox didnt even see it. Is there other ways to do this like burn wav files onto a cd and then do it throught the xbox? the reason is i want to place music from vibribbon and ridge racer onto the xbox, but it cant read the discs to rip the tracks.

There is a database file that needs updating with the relevant information (I think the track/artist/album names are stored in it), its best to use XBOX Soundtrack Editor, this handles all the hard work yourself.

Just make sure that the file is converted to WMA and without any copy protection, it doesn't seem too fussy on the bit rate, mine seems to handle the variable bit rate ones as well.

Google gives you plenty of links to download it.

On a similar note does anyone know of a good free MP3/WMA normalizer?
Very much needed for custom soundtracks when you have one song playing low then the next blaring out.
