Vita: moving data from one card to another

Bit the bullet and just ordered a 64gb card for my vita.
So whats the best way of moving data across from one to the other?

That's what I did when I moved from a 4GB to a 32.

Do you have PS Plus? If you do, push all the saves to the cloud (using content manager) and then pull them all down again to the new card. That's what I did when I upped for the 64gb card.

Does the Vita do automatic cloud saving, as when i play a new game (unlike the PS3) it never asks if you want to upload.
Yeah i do have plus btw
