Need advice about a TV

Ok I need a TV to support my RGB cable from my Panasonic Q, and 100hz would be good. I'm very interested in this tv

Now some of my games, it seems US only GC games say they support progressive scan. Will this work on this 100hz tv? Do DVDs support 100hz in some cases?
And why do only US GC games seem to support it?

You want a TV that supports progressive scan. This TV doesn't. Have a search on kelkoo or dealtime for the Toshiba 28ZD26. It's roughly ?500 and for the price is the dog's.

100htz tv's are double the refresh rate of normal 50htz tv's so they give you a more stable flicker free picture, but you do have some problems with the cheaper 100htz tv's in that fast moving pictures/works can look blurry. we've got a 100htz panasonic tv and the picture is quite good but i would say stick with 50htz tv for now
