iPad data recovery

A friend has deleted a video they need from their ipad.
Anyone know any good apps for undeleting?

Any chance it was backed up on their computer or to a cloud?

Best thing to do is check their PC for a backup

I think the sequence went:
make video.
copy to laptop.
delete from ipad to make space for next one.
try watching on laptop - only 18 seconds instead of 40 mins....

No backup involved. Not even sure if they use iTunes.

First things first, like any device, STOP USING IT! To prevent the possibility of the space being used to store other files.

There is software out there to run on a PC, that will scan a connected iPad for deleted files. Can't recommend any as I've never used them.
