PSP game saves on ps3

Guys, how can I get psp sfa3 Max on my ps3 o recognise the save data I've copied over using a real memory card and the PSP save data utility?

I've copied over US and EU save files but everytime the game checks it says memory card duo not found. Have I got to create a virtual card like you do for ps1 & ps2 games?

It's due to a bug in the game that doesn't recognise Memory Cards over 2GB.
