After more prodding it eventually displayed ONE address, on one page, in one box, rather than all of them. It was mangled in the wrong order, and on the next page it displayed again, one address.

Nothing to see here. I'm just going to paste each one in manually. I can't be dealing with the trainwreck that is Microsoft's stupid ineffectual software.

I presume this was labelling software for shipping the DVDs?

Yes. Very annoying. Also, KS doesn't seem to process letters with umlauts very well. Took quite a while to fix these.
