Collected some old retro bits today, mostly old tat, but not sure what machine this is for, google and ebay don't really help (ignore the boxes in the background).

I'm not 100% sure but I think that's one of the early IBM gameport controllers.

I can remember the sound card on my first PC had that connector for joysticks/pads etc. like it says in Jeis link :-)
Thinks it's just a generic PC gamepad

Thought it must be for either PC, Atari ST, or Amiga, owned them all back in the day.
