Yeh I use them regularly but then I am in Sydney.

Never had any problems with them but have heard some horror stories but I think that was from when they were just starting out.

If its just DVD films your after as well ezydvd.com.au are excellent. Also Topshop.com.au are great but I dont know if they ship international.
