HDMI With Audio Out

Want to run a PS3 With a HDMI with audio inputs into my amp/through speakers.
Searching has found me converters and a hdmi cable with audio leads/component out.

I'm unsure what to buy...

Doesn't have to be too extravagant, but picture with sound through my audio set up would be ideal, especially as the tv I'm looking to buy suffers from avg audio (according to reviews)
