Freeloader - do they work?

Hi guys,

seeing as my JAP/US modded console has gone tits up and i dont know how to change drives, im considering buying a UK machine and a freeloader but ive heard very negative feedback on the freeloader.

Does it really work on most games.

I Bought True Crime, Wario, Splinter cell, Soul Caliber 2, Vietifull joe all NTSC and i dont wanna bother unless i can play them on my UK machine with a freeloader.

i ve not had any problems with my action replay. i own a pal cube with mario golf, rez 0, rez 2, the wind waker, zelda bouns disk (new one), vj (jap) and they all work fine

The main thing is can you put up with the hassle of swapping discs eveytime you want to play a game? I have up till now, but It's starting to get annoying, to the point of me thinking about paying out for a second cube!

I don't have a freeloader, but I think I'm right in saying that hyou old saves that you used with your NTSC cube won't work when using a freeloader.
