I decided to move the home partition on my Mac (my system's on an SSD) i.e. creating space on the left and copying the existing partition to the right. I changed my mind but thought it safer to wait 90 mins for the move to take place. Then I realised that was just the flipping simulation!
I did not have a mind to wait 4.5 hours, so I figured I'd just restore from a backup if necessary.
I have booted my Hackintosh and it all seems to work fine. Can I safely assume that all my files are uncorrupted, or is it possible some were damaged? (It had moved about 6GB out of 400 when I cancelled).
Thanks for your help!
