JAP/Asian PS2 Game Recommendations

Just got hold of an asian PS2 and am after some recommendations on Jap exclusive games. Taiko no Tatsujin is top of my list, but what else do you guys think I should go for?

Not interested in stuff thats out in the UK, as I already have a UK machine.

Yep it's a train simulator. You asked for Japanese exclusives. Things like that are never going to happen over here. It's a good game apparantly. Winning 11 is essentially out in the UK.

Thats what I was more surprised about, how can a train simulator be a good game Then again, I did have many an hour on Tokyo Bus Guide!!


Metal Slug will definately be ordered, used to love the original on the Neo Geo

It's out with the new name "Mobile Light Force 2" in the US and Europe. It's got a ****e cover, and they haven't improved the game in any way either, so it's a good thing it goes for like ?10 in Britain. Don't pay ?30 for it. That's what EBGames in Denmark demands for it

And R-Type Final will be released in the new year.

dont waste your money on rtype, its crap imo. dodonpachi daiojyou is pretty good and will grow on you. Metal slug 3 is also a pretty poor port aswell.
