Are PAL VC games on 3DS 50Hz?

    Are PAL VC games on 3DS 50Hz?

    I know about the whole debacle with Wii U Pal VC games being 50Hz but is it the same for the 3DS?
    Also the 3D classics, these games are remade in 3D...Are they 50Hz versions too?

    I have my eye on a few but I won't buy them if they're 50Hz. If I wouldn't put up with it in the 90s, I sure as hell won't be putting up with it now!!
