    Stuck pixel - IPS monitor

Ok, so this pixel is definitely not dead it's stuck - on green atm.

How long does it take to come back to life and what is in your experience the best method to speed said process up?

It might not ever come back to life There are programs that "cycle" through basic colours that might get the pixel back to work, you might want to search for one of those.

Rubbing it gently can work. Or is that dead pixels?

On a normal old LCD screen it took about 18hrs using a colour cycle app for it to recover mine.

It's stuck not dead so it can come back. I'll try a mega long cycle like that, charles. Most I've done is an hour or two.

Wasn't aware you could 'rub' them back to life.

I don't know how true this is but people say those colour-cycle things can cause wonky pixels to die prematurely even if they look fine right now.

Thanks for putting that thought in my head, randombs. -.-

I'm going to trying the physical method later then leave it overnight if that doesn't work using jscreen.
