Difference between Sandisk SSDs? Ultra II Vs Extreme Pro

Both are same size. Both are almost identical speed. Both are same price. What's the difference?

And is there some sort of adapter I need to mount these in my 3.5" PC bays?

The Extreme Pro is Sandisk's top-of-the-line product. At the prices you've linked, I'd go for the Extreme Pro immediately, usually the difference is around 100? for disks of the same size.
Yes, you would need an adapter for 3.5" bays, though they are usually included with the SSD itself. The adapter is nothing more than a metal plate though, if you have cables long enough it's way easier to put one in the 2.5" bays; older cases have those for floppies, new cases have those especially for SSDs.

Genius. Thanks man. I have a floppy drive sitting in there not even plugged in There's even an unknown floppy disc in it.
