PC import games

I'm sorry but i'm new to all this but does anyone know much about asian PC games?
Do they run ok on english PC's?
I recently downloaded a demo of Guilty Gear X and it looks stunning on the PC.
I would much rather buy the PC version than the Playstation version.
My other problem is i dont have a credit card only a switch card.

if you can't use a credit card either borrow one or try and find a site that accepts paypal and use your switch card to set it up.
