Can't delete saved password from ipad - any suggestions?

Bit of an odd one this... I was looking through my iPad settings today after upgrading to iOS 8, and checked Safari -> Passwords & Auto Fill -> Saved Passwords. I found one password in there which I didn't recognise, details as follows

    Website: https//
    Username: [random letters]@telecom.de
    Password: [random letters]

The weird thing is, I didn't put it there and I can't delete it. I've tried Edit-> Delete on its own, then with Keychain enabled and disabled, but it always comes back. It's all a bit fishy... Anyone know what it is and how I can erase it? I've checked other iPads but they don't have that problem - their password list is empty.

    Cheers
    G.

I'm pretty sure telecom.de is the German side of t-mobile if that's of any help?

Done a bit more Googling since posting, and it seems to be a known problem - I've seen a few posts which have https:// as the website, and some random .de or .be email username. Others have tried the keychain solution, resetting all settings, and so on, but nothing appears to work.

It's peculiar. Maybe GCHQ know the answer.

[edit] @Jei: sure, but others gave cited a .be address, too. Odd.

Is it part of a profile?

goto settings general : profiles and see what is installed.

Simple solution for any Apple product: Replace it with Android!

@EvilBoris: that option (profile) doesn't appear in ios8 or ios7, as far as I can see. Unless it's somewhere else...
@Pulstar: yeah, my kids both have Android phones, and they seem much more flexible...
