Region Free Bios Dreamcast Video out?

Just a quickie,

I'm considering a region free bios Dreamcast, I know that some games need a 50hz fix if the video is NTSC or vice versa.

He doesn't know what video out the console is in, other then it has some sort of 3D swirl on start-up.

Would anyone know what sort of video out it might have? Or if it'll need the fix etc??

It's a PAL console originally, if that helps?

First question I asked the seller lol! All he new was it was some sort of 3D swirl not the regular Orange/Blue one....
