    Component Lead question

I saw an IXOS PS2 Component lead somewhere, are these noticeably better than the official ones? Also, is it worth replacing the 3 RCA - 3 RCA lead you get with the Xbox HDTV pack for a posh one?
I get my Pio 434 tomorrow see

The PS2 IXOS lead is noticably better than the official lead on a large TV, well worth the extra money.

The Xbox IXOS lead does not have an optical out, so you won't get dolby digital, don't know if this will be a problem for you.

I use the Monster leads for both the PS2 and Xbox (a right pain to import via a friend from the US), they are much better than the official leads on my 36" set.

Found em here. Might also get this to use with the Xbox HDTV pack. Has anyone replaced their lead? Make any difference?

I have used the ixos cable on my screen (84" diagonal) and notice no difference at all on either interlaced or progressive.

Have also stuck a set of ?100 component leads on the official microsoft hi def kit and notice sod all difference on that either, even when upping the frequency with 720p.

save a few quid and stick with the official leads.

Wow. Don't think i'll bother doing that then. I'm still tempted to try the PS2 IXOS lead though and I might have a look for an Xbox monster cable.
