Was fancying a racing game, this one was pretty good wasn't it?

I can't find it on Steam though, it did have a PC release right?

It was out PC yes, lots of bits are missing from Steam, wish they would add Colin McRae 2 for example.

Is this different to Sega Rally 3?

I think it's the same game, reformatted for the Arcade...
