Can't get no Signal from PC HDMI To LG TV/PC Monitor

PC Arrived about an hour ago. I've connected it to my LG TV which is supposed to be a TV/PC Monitor and I can't get a signal.

Sadly, I don't have a VGA Cable here or anything like that to test that, although, I think it will be my tv as I had issues with Wii DL Games and signals, having to change settings.

The only thing I have tried...when I open the TV Settings for HDMI, I have tried all the settings including HDMI/PC and all that says is no signal then puts it into sleep mode.

I really don't know what to do...

    Thank You.

Not sure what to say really, no signal can be a multitude of things.

Firstly, are you sure you're plugging the monitor into the right port? Should be the graphics card.

Secondly I'd try to reset CMOS.

I'm not quite sure how to remove casing.......
To update thread, now tried on a 3rd TV with HDMI, same result, mentioning no signal/check signal cable.
Can confirm, I've tried with two known working HDMI Cables and a VGA Cable also and PC Monitor.

Are you sure the PC is starting up properly, can you hear the fans going inside?

It doesn't sound very loud, but a red and green light come on and flash and it makes the noises like it starting windows and the fan comes on also...

It seems the computer is on 1080p (base let me know) and my max tv input is 1080i from my LG TV/Monitor.
                    May I ask my options..i don't think I know anyone with a 1080p tv!
Anyway I can set it up with VGA to my laptop.....to change settings...

If that were the case you should be able to see the BIOS and boot screen as they're sub 1080p.

I've had a look inside, bearing in mind I was only looking for anything loose as I don't know anything about internal PC's and I couldn't see anything....although...I'm not really competent in this area....

Removed Graphics card and re-seated, put screw back, sadly, still no signal.

Some pictures might help, if you would.

Including where you've plugged everything in, and the internals.
