    JAP PS2 Scart Query

    Can anyone help with a little query, I just had my Jap PS2, set it all up, plugged in my RGB scart lead and got the infamous lovely green screen, tried it with an S-Video lead and it works fine.

    Is there anything I'm missing or not doing to get the scart to work, or are Jap PS2s not compatible with the lead?

    Try this. On the PS2 menu screen, choose System Configuration -> Component Video Out and set it to "RGB" instead of "Y Cb/Pb Cr/Pr".

      Cheers , never thought of that & now you mention it I'm sure thats how my UK PS2s set up.

      I'll blame it on the fact I was too excited to play GT4 to mess with the menu settings
