It's not clear what modifications he's done, but he claims it works on the four consoles you listed.

I looked in to these USB sticks (to use with a steering wheel) a few months back and the Titan One is regarded as the best in it's field from the reviews I saw.

That's really interesting, at some point I might want to play a GT game on the PS4 and would love to use my PS3 wheel with it.

Just check it will work before buying as there were lots of rumours regarding Sony insisting on a chip in the wheel for PS4 use (so you have to buy a shiny new wheel of course), but then think I recall that may have been blown out of the water by some hacker.

They might do the legacy stuff like they are doing with the Arcade sticks. At the mo Skulls girls, Ultra SF IVand MK X have legacy stick comparability although DS4 does need to be on when using the stick so I plug my DS4 into the USB to charge.
