So I'm having massive issues with my broadband at home.
It was fine Sunday night but got up Monday morning & nothing.
Now the old Netgear router had been playing up & kept needing a reset to work so assumed it had just gone pop (It was 10 years old) so ordered a new one which arrived yesterday, hooked it up but nothing...solid red light for the internet.
I can find it & connect to the router so no issues there.
I replaced all the cables as well & that had no effect.
SKY's service status indicator shows everything is fine but I'm getting nothing at all
Tried calling SKY last night & was on hold for well over 20 minutes before getting cut off, will try them again tonight but just wondered if anyone knew of anything going on
