Mine stuff is coming via UPS and is apparently "Out for Delivery". Received nowt though.

I've had the same thing. Gave em a call, and they said their computer system aparently crashed last night, meaning they won't get to process any of their overnight customs details until this evening. So it's added a day's wait onto the ETA.

What the hell's happened here?

I can only think that there system is down so online authorisation cant be verified and the computer cant send it out to the right place via the right courer. So they need manual authorisation to release the goods. It will probably be despatched to your nearest depot and you will have to go there and sign for it, though call them first.
