    Powering a PSX

Soooo... despite my username, power is not my forte.

I believe I might have misplaced the power unit/cable for a PSX (DESR-7700). I can't even recall - or seem to find online - much about the lead, other than a brief glimpse of what seems to be a very basic (fig of 8 -> standard two pronged Japanese connection) lead in an auction photo, so am wondering what my best bet is to get this powered up again. Please help an idiot.

    You have a unit, right?

It's just a standard 2 prong 110V power lead mate, you might have one lay around for something else?

You'd have thought so but I can't find one for the life of me. Cheers for confirming though, have grabbed one of these. Thankfully step downs are obvious enough for me not to misplace.

I just realised: if someone goes down on you they'll be blowing a fuse.

Seriously. The clouds parted and from the blue skies the revelation didst reveal itself unto my bosom.
